Rules
The Photo and Video Award themed “Technology with heart” was first launched in 2024 by the Vietnam News Agency (VNA) and the Military Industry and Telecoms Group (Viettel). The Award left a strong impression on the public and industry professionals with valuable works, honouring the vital contributions of technology while spreading beautiful images and meaningful stories that showcase how technology brings a better life.
Building on the success of the inaugural edition and practically implementing the Politburo’s Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW dated December 22, 2024 on breakthroughs in the development of science, technology, innovation, and national digital transformation, VNA and Viettel jointly launch the second edition of the Photo and Video Awards “Technology with heart”.
